and welcome. We continue to hybridize for more beautiful
variegated foliage and larger more exciting blossoms.
There is a new feature in our catalogue which has not
been included in previous years. Varieties that are
registered with the AVSA will show the registration
number immediately after the plant name. Not all varieties
will show a registration number.
Leaves
are fresh cut, ends wrapped, then sealed in plastic bags.
We ship in oversized boxes and cushion the leaves well.
We send more gift leaves than anyone else in the business,
usually about 15% of your order.
Please
do not email orders, we currently only offer mail order.
We
make every possible effort to get the leaves to you in
excellent condition. Shipping dates begin in early April
and lasts as long as weather permits. When temperatures
are at extremes, we ship in Styrofoam containers inside
our regular boxes so that the leaves are not affected
by the weather. Despite recent substantial increases
in charges, we prefer priority mail. Priority mail is
still much less expensive than UPS.
We
offer two "Specials" for 2008; Special 1.-25
Buckeye leaves, my choice for $38.00 plus $10.00 shipping
and packing. Special 2. 6 husky Buckeye starter plants
of my choice @ 38.00 plus $10.00 shipping and packing.
